The vines grow in soil rich in clay and limestone deep down and produce Glera grapes which are used in our Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG. The new underground winery, designed by the Giuzzo architect firm, will be built on this estate: it will replicate the natural undulating movement of the land and will be covered by the existing vineyard, acting as a viewpoint over the Montello hill with its many colourful trees.
