Estate Amelia
On a gently sloping rise, neatly manicured in ribbons of green, Tenuta Amelia is guarded by 11 towering oak trees, which standby as sentinels – perhaps vestiges of a not so peaceful past.
On a gentle slope, with neatly manicured rows of green vines, it looks as if the Amelia vineyards is guarded by 11 towering oak trees, trusty sentinels, and, in all likelihood, a legacy from the past. It was on this very spot during the First World War, that a young Canadian pilot was killed by enemy troops. Yet another reason why Amelia has a special place in the heart of the Giusti family.
