Situated atop of the Montello hills, the Ava Vineyard, more aptly known as Tenuta Ava, is surrounded by dense forests of chestnuts and oak treets. The same micro-climate, and terroir which gives rise to the verdant forest, also yields a tremendous collection of Glera Vines. Caressed by the sun during the day, appropriately chilled in the evening, and cool at night, this property produces our top varietal Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
